1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pop99 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other channel we provide — you expressly and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions stated in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this overall agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to cease using the pop99 platform immediately. Continued use following the posting of any terms change notification will be considered full acceptance of the updated terms.

• These terms apply to all registered members regardless of nationality or location.
• The latest version of these terms is always available on this page and supersedes all previous versions.
• These terms are written in Bahasa Malaysia; in the event of any conflict with another version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the pop99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age 18 years — This platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. pop99 conducts periodic age verification checks and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time
• Individuals, not organisations — Account registration is only permitted in the name of a private individual. Registration under a company, organisation, or any other entity is not allowed
• One account per individual — Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms
• Accurate and up-to-date information — All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in immediate account closure
• Not prohibited by local law — You are responsible for ensuring that your use of pop99's services does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction

Pop99 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close any account found to be in breach of any of the above eligibility requirements without providing detailed reasons.

3 User Account

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur in your pop99 account, including all wagering, financial transactions, and communications conducted through your account.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party. pop99 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their password
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the pop99 support team immediately via live chat within the platform.
• Pop99 uses a two-factor authentication (2FA) system that can be enabled for an extra layer of security — we strongly encourage all members to activate this feature
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again by the platform at any time based on compliance requirements.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at the platform's discretion

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Pop99 supports a variety of convenient and secure local payment methods for Malaysian members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Accepted deposit methods: FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other major local banks
• Minimum deposit limit: RM20 per single deposit transaction
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request
• Withdrawal processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for standard withdrawals; large-amount withdrawals may require additional review within 24 hours
• Withdrawal to original account: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, in compliance with AML requirements
• No processing fee: pop99 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party fees from your bank or e-wallet may apply

Pop99 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or violates AML policy. In such cases, additional supporting documents will be requested from the member concerned.

5 Bonus & Promotions

Pop99 offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in each respective promotional offer.

• The wagering (rollover) requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the respective promotion terms; members must fulfil the rollover requirement before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member; attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a violation of these terms
• Pop99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if abuse is suspected.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, or improper coordination between members will be fully forfeited
• The validity period and expiry date of each bonus will be stated in the respective offer; expired bonuses cannot be used or transferred.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on the pop99 platform — including slots, Live Casino, sports betting, table games, and e-sports — have their own rules that every member must follow.

• All casino and slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by recognised international certification bodies to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the system; no appeals may be submitted regarding completed game outcomes unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during a gaming session, pop99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the member's account.
• Sports betting markets use real-time data from accredited sports data providers; betting limits and odds are subject to change based on market conditions
• Pop99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted based on incorrect odds or information resulting from technical or human error.

7 Member Conduct

All pop99 members are required to conduct themselves with courtesy, honesty, and responsibility while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automation software, scripts, or any third-party tools to manipulate games or the platform's systems
• Opening or managing more than one account simultaneously, whether in your own name or on behalf of another person
• Committing identity fraud, forging documents, or providing false information to the platform
• Exploiting any bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing customer support staff or other members on the platform
• Spreading false information about pop99 on social media or other platforms with the intent to damage the company's reputation
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any other illegal activity

Violation of any of the above rules may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where deemed necessary by pop99.

8 Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, images, text, software, and other elements found on the pop99 platform are the exclusive property of pop99 or third parties who have granted pop99 a licence to use them.

• No part of this platform may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pop99.
• The name "pop99", its logo, and all related trademarks are registered property and may not be used without authorisation
• Use of platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes that does not involve distribution is permitted, provided the original source is credited.

9 Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pop99 is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of wagering activity on the platform, including lost deposits or unrealised wins
• Service disruptions, downtime, or delays caused by factors beyond pop99's control, such as internet outages, third-party server issues, or natural disasters
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in protecting your login credentials
• Actions or decisions taken based on information available on the platform that may be inaccurate or incomplete at any given time

Pop99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10 Account Termination

Whether by the member or by pop99, an account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• Termination by member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal after a final review
• Closure by pop99: pop99 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or legal compliance requirements.
• Balance upon termination: If an account is closed due to a terms violation, pop99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances including deposited funds, wins, and unclaimed bonuses.
• Inactive account: Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will receive a notice before any action is taken

11 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in pop99's jurisdiction of registration. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the use of the platform will be resolved through arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings at pop99's sole discretion.

• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Pop99's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right
• These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pop99 regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
